• To inspire and enable members to take part in safe, adventurous walking and walking-related activities
• To promote walking opportunities at County, Regional and National level
• To encourage and support members in undertaking qualifications of the Girlguiding Walking Scheme
• To provide advice and support on walking related matters
• To be a part of and support the County Outdoor Team
