Special needs Adviser – Pat Hudson

• Support and facilitate genuine inclusion across Oxfordshire for all members with any kind of special need – adult and girls
• Raise awareness of special need
• Monitor that all guiding events and developments accommodate members with special needs as far as possible
• Be available at all times for any guider with a query or concern and provide appropriate support for them in any individual circumstances
• Support training in “Including All” for all guiders
• Liaise with region and CHQ regarding special needs
