7th Witney Brownies had an indoor street party on Monday to celebrate the Royal Wedding and to welcome two new Brownies. The Brownie Pack chose to play lots of fun team games, then worked on a Royal wordsearch while the adults set up their party tea. After everyone was well fed and all the party poppers used up, the Brownies signed a wedding card to send to the Royal couple. Finally, Molly and Rebecca made their Brownie Guide Promise in a ceremony with the rest of the pack.
Molly aged 8, said it was really good to have made her promise on a special evening. Jade, another Brownie, gained her Hostess badge by making tea and cakes for the girls‟ parents.
